Operation method
White professional model
1. Turn on the power and put the watch face up into the demagnetizer
2. Press and hold the green button for 3-5s, and put the watch through the hole in the middle of the demagnetizer slowly for not too long.
3. After demagnetization, release the green button and turn off the power.
4. If the watch is still magnetized, it is recommended not to demagnetize the watch for the second time, but wait for a few hours or the next day to determine if there is any effect before deciding whether to demagnetize the watch again.
Blue household models:
1. Turn on the power, press and hold the red switch
2. Hold the watch in your hand above the demagnetizer, move it left and right, the distance is about 2cm, the moving speed is 3-5 seconds / time, repeat twice
3. Flip the watch up and down, left and right several times to demagnetize various parts of the watch.
4. After demagnetization, release the red button and turn off the power.
5. After one operation, use the compass to detect, if there is still a magnetic phenomenon, it is recommended not to carry out the second time immediately, but to wait for a few hours or the next day to judge whether there is any effect, and then decide whether to demagnetize again.
5. The demagnetizer can not be operated continuously for more than 40s, there will be a slight heating phenomenon in the demagnetization process, so it is necessary to wait for complete cooling before demagnetizing again.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
