Driverless installation:
1. Insert the USB into your computer or laptop. When the USB device is turned on, the LED color is red.
2. The computer will automatically install the driver.
3. Once the installation is complete, you can video chat directly from the chat tool.
4. If you open the video window, the LED will now change from red to blue, indicating that the camera device is working properly, otherwise the camera will always be red.
Note:
If your computer (laptop) has a built-in camera, you will need to change the default camera settings. Change the default camera in the chat software settings, or disable the built-in camera in your computer settings.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
