Notes on moxibustion:
1. It is not easy to perform moxibustion after overwork, fasting, drinking or strenuous exercise. The moxibustion time on a single site should not exceed 30 minutes. Do not catch cold during moxibustion. Do not apply moxibustion within half an hour after a meal. Do not take a shower within 1 hour after moxibustion. Please note Keep warm and drink plenty of warm water
2. Moxibustion should be warm to the body. If it is used with moxibustion equipment, please adjust it to the appropriate temperature for the individual. If you feel the temperature is too hot or discomfort such as red rash or itching occurs during use, stop using it immediately; if moxibustion is used, If blisters appear later, stop moxibustion on this part and surrounding parts. Do not touch water. Take disinfection measures, closely observe the blistered parts, and consult online customer service.
3. Pregnant women, people with skin allergies, people with serious illnesses, mentally ill patients, children under 3 years old, the elderly and children are not recommended to use moxibustion 1-3 times a week, 10-15 minutes each time
4. When performing moxibustion, please stay away from flammable objects (such as bed sheets, sofa cushions, etc.) to prevent moxa ash from falling and burning the skin. After moxibustion, be sure to extinguish the moxibustion fire to avoid fire.
5. Use this product with caution on special sensitive parts such as the face, eyes, genitals, etc. to prevent the formation of blisters that may affect the appearance.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
